Todd Raines has been an adjunct professor for the University of San Diego since 2021. He teaches MS-level courses online for the MS in Cyber Security Operations Leadership degree program.
Since November 2021, he has worked as an Air Force civilian in Operations for US Space Force at the Pentagon. Prior to that, he worked for 12 years in Operations at US Cyber Command at Fort Meade.
He flew for the Air Force for 21 years in F-4, F-15, and F-16 fighters. He also flew for United Airlines.
He earned a bachelor of science degree in astronautical engineering from US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, and a master of science degree in cybersecurity from National University in San Diego.
He lives in Edgewater, Maryland, with his wife, Lynn, and the youngest of their six children. His hobby is watching the youngest son play high school football.
